In-stock items leave within one business day of payment. Items marked "order in" come from the distributor and add roughly 7 business days; if your order mixes both we hold it and ship once, unless you ask us to split it. Regional and remote addresses can add a few days.

Damaged in transit
Photograph the carton and the unit before you power it on and email us within 48 hours. We lodge the claim and replace the goods.
