Terms of sale
The short version: prices include GST, stock is live but not guaranteed until paid, and your consumer rights apply in full.
Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices and stock are updated from our supplier feed and may change without notice; the price at the time of payment is the price you pay. If a pricing error is obvious we will contact you before fulfilling and offer a refund.
Orders and stock
Stock levels shown are live from our warehouse but an order is only confirmed when payment is received. Items marked "order in" are sourced from the distributor and are subject to its availability; we will tell you promptly if a lead time changes.
Delivery
Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please check cartons on arrival and report damage within 48 hours.
Warranty and returns
Set out on the returns and warranty page and subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
Licences
Licence keys and warranty extensions are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once issued except as required by law.
